In wanting to hire a personal trainer, I thought I’d gain some strength and perhaps lose a few pounds but with Jacquie Nicole, I got SO much more!
She really gets to know you and develops plans for the individual and their needs, not one plan for all clients. She is always researching and creating new exercises that benefit me and my age. I’ve been going to see her for two years now and not once has she duplicated a plan!
For me, Jacquie felt functional fitness was the key. It sounded silly at first but it has made a HUGE difference in my life. From better posture while driving a car or working at my desk, to proper form when loading/unloading the dishwasher and doing laundry as well as improved balance when getting on a step stool or a ladder. I’m scared of heights, even at 3 feet but I’ve come to realize it’s because I had no balance nor core strength in which impacted my confidence. That has all changed! My favorite aha moment is when I realized I didn’t have to lean on something to put on my undergarments.
